PSO/MPAS Meeting

SUPA Building, Rm 200 February 5, 2015

MINUTES:

1. TedX speaker gifts A. Anthony gets the go-ahead to purchase whatever he decides as soon as he gets the finances (no need to present to the group to get approval) B. Still need volunteers – meet at 7:30am at the Planetarium

2. Movie Night Date – moved to SUPA third floor A. Dates? Sun 3/1, Fri 3/6

3. Jane Jacobs Walk – need to decide a date A. Contacted Butchertown Market and arranging a final meeting place in the building for the group.

4. Student Showcase A. All students welcome (local planners as well!) B. Need to confirm with the Alumni Association that they are still wanting to do this – do we have a contact point for them? C. We’d like this to be in a nice arena for displaying the work.

5. Website A. In progress!

6. Small park in NuLu? Jack is researching more specific ideas and resources.

7. PSO/MPAS logo – anyone have any ideas for a design? Lacey is going to work on something but would welcome any input!

8. UofL Hockey Night Event – Joe is going to get a schedule.
